WrenLife Shipping Policy

For purposes of this policy, “WrenLife” refers to WrenLife, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, together with its affiliates, successors, and assigns.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed by 12:00 p.m. local time of the fulfillment center (California, Texas, or Pennsylvania) ship the same business day when possible.

  • Standard processing time is 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after the daily cutoff or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day or as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods & Transit Times

  • We offer standard ground shipping only.

  • Orders are shipped via carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx (carrier is selected automatically for the fastest delivery based on your address).

  • Our fulfillment centers are located in California, Texas, and Pennsylvania, allowing us to ship efficiently to most U.S. addresses.

    • West Coast orders generally ship from California for fastest transit.

    • Midwest/Southern orders generally ship from Texas.

    • East Coast orders generally ship from Pennsylvania.

  • Estimated transit time is typically 2–5 business days within the continental U.S., but delivery times may vary based on location, weather, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has shipped.

  • Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

Address Accuracy

  • Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Shipments

  • If your package is delayed, lost, or appears stolen, first contact the carrier using your tracking number for the most up-to-date information.

  • If the carrier cannot resolve the issue, please email us at support@livewrenlife.com so we can assist with the resolution process, including filing claims when applicable.

Holiday & Weather Delays

  • During peak seasons (e.g., November–December) and severe weather events, carriers may experience delays beyond our control. Please allow extra time for delivery during these periods.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only to addresses within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We do not ship internationally at this time.
