The Heart Behind WrenLife
A family story. A name full of hope.
Before WrenLife was a company, Wren was a name my wife, Lindsay, and I held close.
Our journey to grow our family included years of infertility, multiple miscarriages, and the uncertainty of trying again. Those were some of the hardest years of our family’s life.
We are deeply grateful for our son and the joy he brings to our lives. We continued hoping to grow our family and imagined a daughter we would call Wren.
That future never arrived. The grief was real, and the name stayed with me.
Over time, Wren became a symbol of hope, resilience, and the belief that even small steps can carry real meaning.
When I founded WrenLife, I chose a name that would remind me why the work matters—and of the people and personal stories behind every health journey.
Why I Created WrenLife
These experiences made health questions deeply personal. I created WrenLife to bring care to the details: the ingredients we choose, the information we share, and the way we respond to questions.
As a dentist, I value careful research and clear explanations. Those values guide WrenLife, alongside respect for each person’s needs and experience.
Our roots remain in our family’s journey and the experiences of loved ones navigating PCOS and fertility challenges.
