How to read your report

A quick guide to the numbers before you open your certificate of analysis (COA).

  1. Match the lot on your package. Choose the report with the same lot number. Results apply to that specific batch and the daily amount listed in its report.
  2. Check the daily amount. “mcg/day” means micrograms for the daily amount in the report, not the entire container. One microgram is one-thousandth of a milligram. Check whether the report is based on one stick, two tablets, or one scoop.
  3. Read “<” as “less than.” A result of <0.1 means less than 0.1 mcg/day. It does not mean zero. The certificates do not separately list detection or quantification limits.
  4. Understand “Report Only.” The certificate lists measured results without numerical pass/fail limits for these metals. “Report Only” is not a safety rating.

A real example: For Multi+ lot 0472H5, the report lists lead at 0.3 mcg/day, based on two tablets. That is the reported amount for those two tablets, not the whole bottle.

Use the directions on your package. Results for one batch, formula, or report serving cannot be assumed to apply to another. Need help matching your report?

These certificates were issued by Vitaquest. The heavy-metal entries list the method as ICP-MS (SGS) and the test date as March 18, 2026. Results below are shown exactly as reported, in micrograms per day (mcg/day).

The heavy-metal specification is “Report Only.” These reports provide measured results, without numerical pass/fail limits for those metals.

Raspberry Lemonade

The manufacturer’s reports use the earlier name “PCOS Morning Support,” product code M281. They cover the Raspberry Lemonade lots listed below and use a report basis of one 7 g stick packet. Follow the directions on your package; the report basis is preserved here without recalculation.

What else is in a certificate of analysis?
  • A COA records more than heavy metals. The full reports also include physical checks, microbial testing, and ingredient information. Some ingredient entries rely on documented manufacturing and process controls rather than a separate analytical test; the reports explain this under “BOVMTDPC.”
  • These are manufacturer-issued records. They reference SGS for the heavy-metal analysis; they are not original SGS laboratory reports. Testing results do not establish clinical effectiveness or suitability for every person.

Manufacturing documentation

Vitaquest supplied a New Jersey Department of Health Good Manufacturing Practice certificate for its facility at 8 Henderson Drive, West Caldwell, New Jersey.

The certificate is dated February 12, 2026 and states a three-year validity period. It covers the manufacturing facility; it is separate from the product-specific batch reports above.
