Refund policy

For purposes of this policy, "WrenLife" refers to WrenLife, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company, together with its affiliates, successors, and assigns.

Because dietary supplements are ingestible goods, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped, except as noted below.

1. All Sales Are Final
All WrenLife product sales are final once shipped. No returns or refunds for opened, unopened, or partially used products unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
- Notify us within 7 calendar days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.
- Email support@livewrenlife.com with your order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.
- Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.
Items reported after 7 calendar days may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

3. Subscription Orders
- Renewals are processed on your chosen schedule (30, 60, or 90 days).
- Two-Day Cancellation Rule: Cancel at least two (2) calendar days before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.
- Orders already processed or shipped cannot be canceled or refunded.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows Delivered, WrenLife is not responsible for loss or theft. If theft is suspected, file a carrier claim and contact us for assistance.

5. Refused Deliveries
Refused or returned packages without prior approval are considered abandoned; no refund will be issued.

6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Virginia, USA.
