Wholesale & Reseller Terms

WrenLife, LLC (“WrenLife,” “we,” “our”) may offer wholesale pricing or bulk order arrangements to approved resellers. By purchasing as a reseller, you agree to the following terms:

1. Pricing & Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs)

  • Minimum order quantities and wholesale pricing are determined solely by WrenLife and may change without notice.

  • All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Delivery & Risk of Loss

  • Orders ship FOB (Freight on Board) from our fulfillment centers. Risk of loss passes to the reseller upon WrenLife’s delivery of products to the carrier.

  • Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the reseller unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Product Handling & Branding

  • Resellers may not repackage, relabel, alter, or remove WrenLife branding from products without prior written consent.

  • Use of WrenLife trademarks, logos, product images, and marketing materials is permitted only as provided by WrenLife and may not be modified.

4. Marketing & Claims Compliance

  • Resellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including FDA/FTC rules for product marketing, labeling, and claims.

  • Only claims and descriptions provided or approved by WrenLife may be used.

5. Sales Channels & Pricing

  • Resellers may not sell WrenLife products on third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Amazon, eBay, and Walmart) without prior written consent.

  • If a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy is provided by WrenLife, resellers must not advertise below that price.

6. Returns

  • All sales to resellers are final. WrenLife is not obligated to accept returns or buy back unsold inventory unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Termination

  • WrenLife reserves the right to terminate any reseller relationship immediately for violation of these terms, conduct damaging to the brand, or any unlawful activity.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Ownership & Manufacturing

  • All WrenLife products are manufactured exclusively for WrenLife, LLC by approved third-party facilities.

  • WrenLife retains all rights, title, and interest in its product formulations, branding, trademarks, and marketing materials.

  • Resellers may not claim or imply that they are the manufacturer of WrenLife products.
